KYIV — Ukraine has announced a bold new naval operation targeting Russian logistics in the Black Sea, claiming successful strikes on multiple Russian “shadow fleet” tankers using advanced underwater drones. The operation marks a significant escalation in Kyiv’s efforts to disrupt Moscow’s maritime supply lines.
